REGI project proudly presents: the book!
We are proud to announce our project´s new publication Vigurivändä kaks kodumaad/Viguriväntin kaksi kotimaata! The publication is targeted to Estonian children and their families who are planning or who have moved to Finland. Also professionals (e.g. social workers and teachers in kindergartens) can utilize the book in their work with work-related migrants. A web version of the publication can be found here: https://issuu.com/viro-keskus/docs/vigurivant_web and also attached here in the website. The publication was released in the project´s successful Estonian evening which was held on 15th of February in Turku. A purpose of the evening was to introduce the Estonian culture to Finnish people and also to strengthen the identity of Estonians living in Finland. The evening included interesting performances, for example an exciting quiz made by Tallinn University Rakvere College´s students and a concert by composer Urmas Sisask. The Estonian evening was a part of Rakvere College´s study visit to Turku. The study visit included also for example a discussion evening for Estonian families and visits to different places in Turku. The students will write a more detailed report of the study visit and it will be published in our website soon! Download here
